Practical Tips
- •Book at the port: walk along the seafront and compare offers. August: book 1-2 days ahead.
- •Bring: sunscreen (lots!), hat, extra water, towel, snorkel mask if you have one.
- •Early morning: the 9:30 trips find the coves less crowded.
- •Check the wind: with strong Scirocco, trips may be cancelled or limited to the north coast.
- •Seasick? Take medication before departure. The sea is often calm but better safe than sorry.
